My name is Jennifer. I grew up in the French countryside, where my parents and ancestors were farmers. Being so closely connected to the land from an early age, I always felt that I would one day return to working with it.
I have always loved flowers, and some years ago I began working with plant dyes and eco-printing. Through this process, I became increasingly fascinated by flowers and the art of growing them, and I realised that this was the path I wanted to follow.
In April 2025, I joined a sustainable floristry course with Days of Dahlias. I quickly discovered that working with naturally grown flowers felt far more meaningful—these blooms are more delicate and organically shaped than mass-produced, imported flowers. Shortly after relocating to the Somerset countryside, I was given the wonderful opportunity to cultivate my own growing space. This small walled area, once used for keeping animals, is slowly being transformed into Le Clos de Fleurs — where flowers are grown in rhythm with nature, using organic practices and with a deep care for the surrounding wildlife.
I really look forward to growing an abundance of blooms and sharing them with you.
